Alchemy 101 – The Three Essential DAs of Living

Growing and Prospering in Adversity

The Three Essential Das of Living
1. Well, DA (A letting go: releasing the unwanted)

“A person who doubts himself is like a man who would enlist in the ranks of his enemies and bears arms against himself. He makes his failure certain by himself being the first person to be convinced of it.”
Alexander Dumas

“Letting go” of irrational beliefs, guilt about the past and worry about the future, and attempting to controlling everything.

2. TaDa (Celebrating self, others, and life, in general)
“The most powerful weapon on earth is the human soul on fire.”
Ferdinand Fock

Taking the journey inward, the sweet trip to discovering what floats your boat, what tickles your fancy, and how to celebrate your new thoughts. This is where the inner light (inspiration) comes from, and it is the inspiration that begins to transform your thoughts and yourself.

3. Zippity-Do-Da (The Dance of Transition)
“God is a comedian playing to an audience too afraid to laugh.”
Voltaire

Going from sucked into seriousness and mired in your own trouble to rising above and seeing the possibilities that are right in front of you.  Once that is done your Dance of Transition will automatically occur.
