About Us

After earning a PH.D. from the University of Florida, Dr. Walter’s illustrious career has been marked by his work as a teacher, therapist, professor, author, keynote speaker, and a television host and producer of three television series. His television show The Zone won an Emmy award in 1995; early in 2004, Dr. Walter began a weekly television program offered by ITV and ETV.

Dr. Walter has earned numerous teaching awards in the university setting and praise for his work in the corporate world. While on the faculty at Eastern Illinois University he was presented with the OUTSTANDING FACULTY TEACHING MERIT AWARD, and while at Winthrop University he was given the DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD. His book “SO WHERE’S MY APPLE?” is accompanied by a 15 video series and was adopted as a state wide induction program for first year teachers. His second book “THE TA DA EXPERIENCE- 9 STEPS TO RAISING YOUR ‘I CAN’ SCORE” is also accompanied by a 9 part video series. Dr. Walter has also had numerous aticles published in a variety of journals.

Dr. Walter’s heroes include, but are not limited to: The Three Stooges, Road Runner, Soupy Sales, Paulo Coelho (Dr. Walter wants to be Paulo when he grows up), Carl Rogers, Patch Adams, Deane Nandi Davis, Marilyn Monroe, Oprah, Tina Turner, Ram Das, the Dali Lama, Kermit the Frog, Karch Kiraly, Misty May and Kerry Walsh, Albert Pujols and Stan the man Musial,Leo Buscalga, Joseph Campbell, Monty Python, Norah Jones and Van Morrison,but none of the above compare to his grandmother(Christine Walter) who modelled for him the magic and joy of “sparkle in her eyes” and the importance of the simple “giggle”!

Dr. Walter is currently living in the Charlotte, NC area, and enjoys the company of his children and grandchild along with his friends and sand volleyball teammates.

Meet Jake Greene

Jake Green

Jake Greene “Captain” has been providing the music for The TaDa Experience© for over 15 years. Jake, a Vietnam veteran, is a retired US Airways captain. His music is the perfect compliment to Dr. Walter’s TaDa teachings. He adds sparkle to the principles that Glen teaches and insures that they are locked in the participant’s memory.

His folksy and easygoing style delights all who see and hear him. Even the most skeptical members of the audience will find themselves snapping their fingers and tapping their toes to Jake’s memorable melodies. Married for 31 years, the Greene’s have a son and live in Tega Cay, South Carolina.
